Please read these Terms carefully before using the 5300 platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the 5300 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh who use the platform. The Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 5300 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any changes.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- Use of the platform must comply with applicable laws in Bangladesh.
- Each individual may operate one account only.
Account Creation, Security & Policy
Registration Process
Accurate and complete information is required to create an account on 5300. 5300 reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false or misleading information. Identity documents may be requested as part of the account verification process.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the 5300 Help Center immediately.
Account Suspension or Closure
5300 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in cases of Terms violations, evidence of fraud, or detected unauthorized activity. Users may also close their own account at any time.
Multiple Accounts Prohibited
A user may not open or operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be terminated and any associated balances may be forfeited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must strictly follow the rules below when using the 5300 platform:
- Attempting to hack, bypass, or compromise any system or security measure on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Betting using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software is strictly prohibited.
- Collecting other users' information or engaging in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
- Money laundering or any unlawful activity conducted through the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users must ensure that all funds held in their account come from a legitimate source.
- All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳).
5300 reserves the right to take legal action and notify the relevant authorities in the event of any violation of the above rules.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 5300 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Approved payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — must be used for deposits. Transactions made through third-party accounts are not permitted.
Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days to process. 5300 reserves the right to temporarily place withdrawals on hold for security verification or technical reasons.
- The minimum deposit amount is determined by the policy displayed on the platform.
- Specific conditions must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
- Any transaction suspected of fraud may be held under investigation.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The 5300 platform provides its services strictly on an "as is" basis. 5300 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server disruptions, or third-party issues. The platform bears no responsibility for financial losses incurred through betting.
All content on the 5300 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under 5300's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third Parties & Changes to Terms
The 5300 platform may contain links to third-party game providers or payment services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, for which 5300 bears no responsibility.
5300 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through a competent court or arbitration mechanism in Bangladesh.
